Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Shy’s Beauty Stop. Each product is handcrafted with care using plant-based ingredients. Because of the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shysbeautystop.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Alternatively, store credit may be issued if preferred.
